- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup oil

- Fry all toppings first, pork belly, kikiam, chicken balls separately. Half cook the marinated liver.
- Sauté in oil the garlic, shallots pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce until shallots are soft.
