- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 vegetables

- I use 2 - 3 Chicken fillets. You can choose any vegtables you like - bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, green beans...
- Use can use any meat you like. Cooking times will vary. I have made this with prawn instead and added a few dashes of light soya sauce
- Heat wok, add oil, then add garlic and ginger. Stir and add chicken. cook chicken for about 10 minutes
- Just before Chicken is cooked add vegtables and red chilli. Add quarter of packet chinese sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- I use a different sauce each time I cook. Packets sauces can be found in any supermarket
- Stir and remove everything into another bowl
- Add a tablespoon and a half of oil to wok. Then add noodles (I used egg noodles)
- Cook for a minute, add the ingredients from the other bowl. Add the sauce. Add chilli oil to preference. Add 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- Cook for around 5 minutes....Stiring constantly.
- Plate and serve.
